- Mi Animo Prevention is a community-based prevention program that works with the community agencies, schools, parents and youth. The strategies include community coalition work, one-one mentoring, group mentoring, tobacco, drug and alcohol awareness education, suicide prevention, community service, social competence training, and family activities to build youths' sense of personal responsibility for self and community.
